What is Factle?

Guess the top five answers to a trivia question and put them in the right order. You get five attempts, with color clues showing which answers are correct and which are in the right position.

Factle is a free daily trivia game. Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, so it's easy to compare results with friends.

How to play Factle

  1. Read today's question, which asks for a ranked top five.
  2. Enter five answers in the order you think they rank, then submit.
  3. Tiles show whether each answer is in the right spot, in the top five but misplaced, or not in the top five. Get the full list right within five attempts.

Factle tips

  • Lock in the answers you're sure of first, then use the remaining slots to test ideas.
  • Pay close attention to the wording. "Most" and "highest" questions often have surprising answers.
